Shamrock Scavenger Hunt2021-03-10T00:00:00The Norton Parks and Recreation Department will host a Shamrock Scavenger Hunt for children ages 10 years and younger. The scavenger hunt will challenge participants to find stones with painted shamrocks hidden in Norton's parks between March 10-17. Participants must find one stone from each park for a total of four stones. Each park will have a different color painted stone, and participants can only take one stone from each park. Painted stones can be found at Clear Creek Park, Locust Avenue Park, Norton City Park, and Veterans Park. When participants find four shamrock stones (one from each park), they should bring them to the Norton Community Center, 201 Park Ave. NE, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday to receive a prize.
