Norton Parks and Recreation Department will offer a free Pumpkin Painting event from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23.
Norton Parks and Recreation Department will offer a free Pumpkin Painting event from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23. The event will be held in Norton City Park (11th Street) in downtown Norton. In the event of inclement weather, this event will be moved to the Norton Community Center, 201 Park Ave. NE.
