NORTON, VA - Due to ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, we have made the tough decision to postpone both the Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run originally scheduled for May 16 and the Mountain Fork Half Marathon originally scheduled for June 6.
The new race date for the Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run will be Saturday, August 8.
The new race date for the Mountain Fork Half Marathon will be Sunday, September 20.
We are in the process of updating race information and registration links. We hope to have all race details updated by this Friday.
The COVID-19 outbreak remains a fluid situation and we understand the current outlook will change in the coming weeks (hopefully for the better). We also want to be able to adequately plan for both events. Given the uncertainty right now, we feel the right decision is to move both race dates. We will be posting the new dates on the races’ websites, registration sites, and Facebook pages this week.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience changing the dates for both races might cause. We hope that you will still join us in running the Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run on Saturday, August 8 and the Mountain Fork Half Marathon on Sunday, September 20.
