Get your yoga on this September with Community Power Yoga Classes in Flag Rock Recreation Area! Join instructor Barbara Bee every Wednesday in September at 6 p.m. 

What: Power yoga is a fast-paced vinyasa yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance. 

When: Classes will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays (Sept. 6, 13, 20 & 27)

Cost: Free. Donations are encouraged. All proceeds will go toward trail maintenance and development on the Flag Rock Area Trails system. 

What to bring: A mat and water.
